Stopped in yesterday and bought a new queen bed with power base and could not have been more happy with the service. Martin Nunez my sales rep was great worked up a good deal for me and explained everything very clearly. Babette was also very helpful when she took our payment explaining all the paperwork and delivery times warranty Ect. Not my first puchas with Ashley and wont be the last, always have a good experience.

Ashley Homestore of Fort Smith, AR. is great. I always find what I am looking for. Great salesman Jeffery Steve Ritter and Babette closed the deal with ease. Having a little difficulty with getting 2 of my chairs but it will all work out. Thank you!

My fiancé and I went into Ashley's and had the best experience! Kimberly was our sales associate and she was so patient and so attentive to our needs! We told her what we were looking for and she showed us everything they had as far as what we were wanting so we could make the best decision! We explained our situation and she wasn't pushy, just understanding and worked very diligently with us! We put our furniture on layaway until we close on our house and we can't wait to pick up our beautiful new furniture!

My husband and I were looking at options for when when we purchase our new home and the sales lady ( I think her name was Lisa but I have a bad memory:( sorry!) was very helpful! She really listened to us and was not pushy. She also answered all our questions and showed us some options we didn't think about. Once she showed us all the couches (for example) that fit our needs she suggested we go back around and take a look again just ourselves. That was a really good idea because then we were able to discuss the options between ourselves. And she told us about great deals and gave us flyers/brochures. I really think we will come back to buy from here once everything is ready! I didn't give 5 stars because we haven't gone through the purchasing process but if its anything like the service we received while browsing, I'll be back to give it 5 stars! Thanks Fort Smith AR store!
