They dont back up what they sale be very careful when they sell you anything my chairs peal and they dont care at all after they get your money when you call to talk to them about it they arent very nice

Terrible Customer Sevice...we bought a sofa and the legs wouldn't go on...they refused to help us..the manager actually said "this is not Bassett"

I bought a couch and ever since had nothing but problems with it. They said it isn't their fault itspoor quality and they called me a lier and threatened to have me prosecuted if I brought it back n dropped it off but yet they can't come out n fix it and they can't pick it up damaged even though it came into my home damaged. I have had 2 cushions replaced and now it's coming apart at the seams in 2 places and I still have the original snag. I have never been more unsatisfied with the staff and a piece of furniture in my life. I will never go back.

Kind of annoyed i didnt realize all sales were final. My fault for not reading but should have been thoroughly explained. However they would lose sales if that was pointed out.
