This Place starts out nice but finishes like a Slum Lord!!! My Mother who is 75 and Disabled ordered a bedroom set (Paid in full on her Debit card) and ordered an extra night stand was told everything would be delivered on a certain date. The night stand was not there and they said it would be 4-6 weeks. Fine!!! But what they did not tell my Mom was it would be an additional $77 on top of the initial $77 for delivery!! That is crazy! They said she could come pick it up!! My Mom is Disabled! I am Disabled also!! My Mom is a Widow of a Vietnam Vet who died from Agent Orange!! This place could care less!! I was actually ready to give them a Great Rating!! But after this! I would not recommend to my worst enemy!!

Great place to buy furniture and mattresses. Quality goods and reasonably priced. Jay is an excellent sales person to work with.

Bought two couches less than three years ago. They were mid range on price not the cheapest not the highest end. They said they would last years well made, durable, etc. less than two years after purchase one of the couches came apart due to a faulty board these couches are made of particle board even the load bearing portion of the couches. Still under three years old the other couch just this week had 4 springs come out of the cushion. We have only used that couch a handful of times it still looked new until we sat on  it and the springs came out. We are adults we don't jump on the couches or misuse them, we have no pets in the house and we have only had company once since the time we bought the couches so they have been very lightly used. I do not recommend Sams the furniture is junk and very costly. What we thought was a 20 year investment lasted under three years. I will attach pictures to show the particle board and their "well made cushions"  they told us that the springs could not pop out because they are individually coiled and wrapped which turned out to be a bunch of bologna.

Pretty uneventful I did not see anything yet I just said I'm buying that now I hope they can help me in the future though seems like a good group of people
