We love the table we purchased from Ashley HomeStore! Stephanie was very helpful in answering any questions, explaining the amazing warranty they offer and going over billing and pricing. I very much enjoyed my shopping experience, Derrick was fantastic. I just received my first delivery within the past couple of days, they were prompt, courteous and on time.

The service from Chris Willams was great in the store. He answered all questions and dealt with my terrible indecisiveness. That being said, this will probably be the last piece we get from Ashley. Last year we got a sectional and had to have an arm repared after having it delivered. A few months after having it little fabric balls showed up. I'm going to have to shave it with a sweater shaver. Today I received my sleeper sofa after waiting over a month to have one arm look like it's crushed in a spot. No padding left and there's a big dimple and the same side going down from the arm to the floor is saggy. It looks like something had been stacked on it for a while. I'm sure it will be repaired but I'd rather get a nice piece in the first place and not have to deal with it.

We purchased a bedroom set made out of real wood and are very satisfied with it. It is solid, sturdy, and simply beautifully made. The staff was really nice and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our first purchasing experience a wonderful memory.
