Not only did they sell me a bed missing 2 screws, it also had NO MANUAL then when i call the store everyone acts like they dont know what you’re talking about because no one wants to be a fault. Safe to say rooms to go will never get my business again.Oh and the delivery service took till 730pm to get to our home, and we left the store at 500pm. Overall bad business, Go to big lots

Stay away from this business like the plague! What you may save in money you pay on the back end with the furniture that doesn't work and no repair options. Horrible customer service led by the store manager. If the store manager doesn't believe in providing outstanding service and value to the paying customers how can you expect anything more from the other store employees?

I thought we had made a great choice, affordable furniture and easy purchase. Delivery date made. Perfect. The day of delivery the poor guys got lost and drove around for an hr before finding my home. (Army Installation) They deliver my couch and I watch them the entire time, handle my stuff great and gently. They open the ottoman and it’s broken, ok great it happens! My husband let them know the issue when they called back to check on service. They told us it would be another week before delivery, ok! Well week 2 here I am! Waiting at Walmart to pick up my ottoman because 1. Big base 2. One drivers can’t get on post Seriously, I am disgusted with the customer service! Why offer delivery if your drives can’t get on a military installation, where I am pretty sure a lot of business comes from. Btw my husband also offered to pick up the ottoman so we didn’t have to wait at all. I do not recommend this company. I just want my ottoman and to be done with this company. I receive better CS from companies overseas with a huge language barrier.

Horrible service after purchasing. Tonya has horrible customer service after purchasing. Before you purchase they nice. Once you paid they give u very poor service for pickup. I do not recommend. Verify your merchandise before and during purchasing even when picking up.

So my experience was generally good until the sectional I bought started breaking internally. I have two ribs that have broken within 3-4 months of purchase. One has punctured the side. I called to see if there was a remedy, but not at all since it is an outlet. I chose Rooms To Go, because I trusted the brand. Buyer beware that this OUTLET does not offer any protection of your purchase. I will never shop here EVER!!!!
