I ordered a reclining couch. Salesman said it was all leather. Upon delivery it was scratched and deliver men did not know to take the backs off to get it through the door. They finally got it in. I called about the scratch and clearly it wasn’t leather. R2G brought out another couch and it was worse. I sent it back. Another was delivered with a delivery window of 12-4 pm. They showed up at 7pm. While trying to park the truck, they knocked out my mailbox. They didn’t have flashlights and their truck had no inside lights. My husband had to get them flashlights. Again, we showed them how to take the backs off to get it in the house. A call to corporate ended with a very rude service person. She refused to let us talk to anyone above her, said she would send up an email about our mail box. Informed us if they took off anything from the price, they will not honor a warranty. So we have 2 days of missed work, one Saturday wasted waiting on them for 7 hours and no mailbox and customer service who could care less. R2G will NEVER see another dime from this household and signs have been posted in every public place I visit telling of their horrible customer service.

Great customer service. Was in ans out quick. Reps were patient (didn't pressure or rush us at all) but efficient and organized once we knew what we wanted. Reps were well informed and knowledgeable and thorough with us in closing the purchase.

Found the perfect furniture for our needs. Rob was a GREAT salesperson, helpful and friendly but not pushy! Stop in and ask for Rob, he’ll help you out and has a fun English accent!!! Thanks Rob 😁

The service we got at the showroom did NOT carry over to the delivery service or 1-800 service .Our salesman Eddie was fantastic! My wife and I picked out a living room group. Set up a delivery date and paid in full before leaving showroom. Everything was great until the delivery driver called. Delivery Driver: Rooms to Go! My wife: Yes Delivery Driver: Be there in 10 minutes. Hangs up! 30 minutes later delivery driver shows up. Parks truck on grass in front yard. I guess weight of truck cause the ground to sink. . My wife tell them to move truck of grass because it causing damage to my front yard creating a big hole in yard. Driver says rudely, "Where you expect me to park." My wife replied, " On the concrete driveway!" Then the driver and help smell like marijuana! My wife called myself and ask how far are you away are you because the delivery people are making advances and making conversation about her butt. I showed up and take control of situation. My wife obviously upset about advances in front of our children.Driver tells me that warehouse made a mistake and all of our furniture is not correct and that is why my wife is upset! I tell them to take everything back and I will call customer service . Our furniture wasn't correct and that was fine. I knew they would have to re- delivery it and my wife was not comfortable with their delivery team! I made the decision to ask for a full refund. The store manager was a little upset but honored my request. Once I told him what happened he was more understanding. They offer to wave the delivery charge. I feel they could have did much more. What about the hole in my yard? To anyone reading this review. Please just pick your furniture up at the store. What you get in showroom for service is not what you will get when they deliver your furniture! Sam Waterman

Eddie Jr was our salesman he was very helpful and did a great job selling our living room yet. I would highly recommend him to our friends. Thanks Eddie for all of your help
