Had a very good experience at Ashley furniture. John Ferguson helped me both times I came in to look at couches. He was very helpful & informative, friendly & polite. I bought a sectional for my family room & 2 couches & a chair for my living room. He gave me a good price that was approved by his manager Jeff. I left there feeling good about my purchase, that they took good care of me & didn’t try to rip me off. I would definitely go back for future furniture needs.

Had a very pleasing experience with Lizandro at Ashley. I told him what I wanted and he showed it to me. He even hooked it up with some discounts like free 5-year furniture protection on our new couch. Aside from the customer service, the prices were very affordable and if it takes you 2, 3, or even 4 years to afford furniture, they can help you with that too. You can apply for financing at 0% interest for 24, 36, or 48 months (however long you need to pay off the furniture you just bought). You would just have to pay for delivery and/or tax at the time of purchase. Again, as an aside, the furniture is quality furniture. The couch we bought is made out of quality materials. It’s soft and it feels cozy and comfy. I’m so excited to binge watch shows while laying on it.

I recently got married and on a very strict budget for a new dinning room table. We had been shopping everywhere and decided to check out Ashley furniture where we were helped by John Ferguson who was absolutely amazing! I fell in love with a dinning room table that was way out of our budget, he was able to work his magic and bring the price low enough to meet our budget. I highly recommend you guys go speak to John for any furniture needs absolutely awesome attitude extremely helpful!!!

We were shopping for a new bed and decided to visit Ashley in Northridge. Immediately greeted at the door by John Ferguson. He was very polite and even stepped away a few times while my wife and I talked about the choices. Overall very good experience. Will come back definitely.

Professional and knowledgeable Went to Ashley’s a few days ago and John mentioned their big promotion for Christmas. We just bought two sets of living room furniture, dining table, bed and mattress from Ashley’s and had the best experience with John. He has the best salesmanship manner and is very patient. The best part is the in house finance option which makes it very easy to afford. Emmett gave us the best deal possible. Will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.
