Solid place for some solid furniture. General quality is high, but some of the budget sofas feel like a sack of potatoes. I wouldn't buy here unless it's a holiday. Prices are crazy, but I may not have a good frame of reference for what a good coffee table should run. Crazy big selection, and they're happy to order something custom if that's your thing. Second sofa bought here and happy with both.

So far very disappointed as no one is calling back on our concern. I have called, emailed photos as requested, & called again speaking with a different rep. Our new American table has a crack down the middle of table and no one is replying on how or what to do to correct or replace. We have loved the service of Rooms & Rest in the past & hope to continue our service. Hoping Follow up will be of high importance for future business. DF

We went there because of their Radio commercials!!! What a "Cheezy"!¡!!!way to get people in the door!!! I have Absolutely NOTHING NEGATIVE" to say about the Young Girl Ashley, who helped us !!!! The REAL PROBLEM WAS THEY ADVERTISEMENT!!! IT said Mattresses half off with FREE BOX SPRING!!! It was on one of the CHEAPEST BEDS IN THE STORE, ONLY!!! I think that there was 50 or more Mattresses, set up in Rooms To Rest Furniture and Mattress, Showroom... The ENTIRE President Sale Radio Commercial, Was For ONE Cheap Mattress Set!!! We feel "Dooped" By that Commercial!!

I was told I had a ten year warranty when I paid, but was called 30 minutes later and told it was actually 1 year and I would have to pay $100 more for 10 years. I was told the bed mattress was $2,000 dollars and the dalesmaswas giving me a mattress protector I didn' ask for or want for free, but, after I had paid, he told me the mattress was $1,799 and he changed me $200 for the mattress protector. They told me the mattress and base would be delivered yesterday, but I now have no idea when or if I will receive anything.

Bought a couch and recliner at a price of $2,400 from this "fine" establishment. Payed off the couch on Saturday the 10th of March, set them up that night, and less than 24 hours later on Sunday afternoon there was a hole in the recliner from a pair of jeans. So I call the store and I get told 'oh, looks like you didn't buy the extended warranty (extended to me is like after a year of owning something but for rooms and rest it's immediately after they leave the store, never mind the part that it wasn't even brought up when we reserved the trash they call quality furniture) so there isn't anything that you can do except pay us to fix the couch with our parts' so now I have a couch that has been owned for less than 48 hours now that we're in Monday, with a hole in it that cost 2400 dollars, and a customer service department that likes to charge everything at premium price for Wal-Mart comparable "goods". Safe yourself the money and hassle, and buy from Ashley, Johnson furniture, slumber land, or even Wal-Mart if you'd like since if you buy from rooms and rest that's basically what you're paying for anyways.
