I here yesterday for the first time and was greeted immediately with a warm welcome. Sadly only the 3rd floor was open as they were between exhibits and I wasn't charged for entry. The room on the 3rd floor was small but had a lot of high quality artefacts. The gift shop was absolutely amazing, and is definitely worth browsing. Even though it was a short visit, I highly recommend it. The staff in particular are extremely warm and friendly.
