Have been very helpful in the process of leasing an apartment. Rent can be paid online which removes the hassle of getting cash or check. Greatly recommend!

Not good. Very bad. O.k. property but idk why anybody would trust these people with their land. Lack of communication and seemingly ignorant employees mark this location as the worst that I've been in contact with. Im normally an easy 5 star type of person but now that ive moved out i cant seem to get into touch with anybody regarding my deposit. Very untrustworthy.

The worst realty company I have ever rented from. I pay my rent on time and do not try to bother anyone, but I constantly get phone calls from them and complaints from them that the neighbor needs or doesn't like something I am doing. I have tried to complete all changes for them, but they still insist on bothering me and sending me eviction notices for a whole in the backyard. 
They have sent an inspector over to my property and he changed the water levels in the toilet so the toilet does not flush correct anymore. When the plumber came out and stated it was clogged due to him changing the water level Debra (the realtor) charged me for the plumbing stating it is my fault. I have showed evidence and spoke with the plumber who came out to make sure it was not caused by me, but Debra still charges me for this and will not hear me out. The realtors are not friendly and have horrible attitudes. 
I would not recommend anyone to move into any of their properties. Please be aware of the stressful situation you are getting yourself into.

Everything there was great until my lease ended. I paid my rent early every month, they were very responsive to any work orders, Debra was super helpful and nice until I moved out. She tried to charge me a bunch of charges out of my deposit that she hadn't even performed and didn't need to be performed. I am ocd and kept the place spotless and maintained and even paid professional cleaners to clean the apartment at the end and she still tried to take half my deposit. Ended up using student legal services to get my deposit refunded. Sad because I loved that place and was a great tenant! I'm starting to think property management companies have no integrity anymore.
