The area we specialize in is North Central Florida. We are located between Tallahassee and Jacksonville, FL. Just north of Gainesville, FL. The major interstates are 10 and 75.

Our properties can be found in Lake City, Live Oak, Madison, Fort White, Lee, Jasper, Jennings, Branford, Lake Butler, Obrien, and Wellborn, Florida.

They can be found in the following counties: Columbia, Hamilton, Lafayette, Madison, Suwannee, and Union.

We can complete the purchase the same day you come and view the land. All that is needed to purchase is your down payment of $1,995 and a photo id for the notary. Your down payment can be made by check, money order, or cash. We do not accept credit or debit cards.
