Wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE. I called about a listing that I seen on their website was told by their Receptionist or whoever that the place was definitely available and that I should go ahead and fill out an application and could view the property. I submitted a $60 application (due to the fact I'm in need of somewhere to move asap) called them for 3 days straight and was given the run around by someone who didn't know any details. I finally spoke with the leasing manager and after putting me on hold multiple times comes back to let me know the place is rented and that they forgot to remove it from their site. No empathy or an apology. I'm currently waiting on my refund from the application fee. Very unprofessional. UPDATE : I spoke with Ms. Rhonda; the owner. She was an absolute pleasure and I'm very grateful for her concern. She genuinely cared about my experience and making it right. As long as the employees follow her example & keep their information and website updated this place will be a positive experience. She even tried finding me another availability.

Amazing company. I renewed my lease! I love it here. They always respond quickly to questions/concerns and the location couldn't be better! Assigned parking spaces are so convenient and easy, especially for the location because street parking is impossible to find. Would recommend to anyone!

I’m a second-year tenant. I love my apartment because it is a great area and it is very nice and homey. It is really close to campus and Norman library so I can easily walk to class and go to the library to study. The pricing of the apartment is not bad based on how nice the apartment is because each tenant has their own room and bathroom. However, my only critique is the extremely high monthly price of parking, which is $100 more than what I paid at my previous apartment, which is pretty ridiculous when you have to pay for parking on campus as well. Definitely would recommend living at this apartment! Maintenance is timely and very nice and understanding.

I have been a tenant of Union Properties for going on two years now. The locations are great and close to campus. We also have a reasonable rate. When we have maintenance issues, they are fixed quickly. All of our interactions have been good with the landlords as well. I highly recommend Union Properties.

Edit: Changed this to two stars because they aren't completely negligent. they agreed to refund some of my individual deposit because the charge was supposed to be on the original lease that we terminated as a group. So there is at least a bit of customer service for you. They will work with you when its convenient for them I lived at 1100 SW 20th Pl. We had water damage with a roof leak in master bedroom and notified union in September of 2017. They sent out a roofer when no one was home and he placed a tarp. We continued living our busy lives as students for four months assuming that the Property mngmnt company had our best interest at heart and was working on the roof issue. We were being patient, but you CANNOT assume union properties has your best interest at heart. THEY COMPLETELY IGNORED THE WATER DAMAGE AND ROOF LEAK FOR 4 MONTHS. My roommates started having severe allergies and worried about mold, we contacted union about the water damage again only to find out they hadnt made a single step towards fixing the issue 4 months after the fact. They sent out the same roofer and he informed us that he told Union in September that the whole roof needed replacing, and they did NOTHING. Now it's January and two of my roommates are sleeping in different places because of mold allergies in their rooms. UNION STILL takes months to address the problem; they took so long that my roommates felt the need to cancel the lease, forcing us all to find new housing mid semester and costing us all thousands of dollars. Union agreed to terminate the lease on the condition that they be removed from all liability until the "end of the world" (a quote from the agreement). THIS COMPANY WILL SMILE IN YOUR FACE AND IGNORE YOUR PROBLEMS. Do not rent from them unless you are prepared to be displaced due to negligence from the property manager and then receive no compensation or apology. They allowed me to stay a few months on an amended lease only to squeeze more money out of me as they charged me an extra hundred dollars a month, did a lack luster inspection on the first move out and charged only to clean the carpets and saved all the other charges for my security deposit upon the termination of my amended lease.
