Jennifer at BoyCott did an amazing job in making the home buying process as stress free as possible.  She had great suggestions and was very attentive and responsive, not only to questions I had but was able to provide information on things up front on things I had not even thought to ask about.  She also did a fantastic job in explaining the home buying process, which was very useful as a first time home buyer.

Jennifer at Boycott realty made our home selling process smooth and easy! A little over a year ago we contacted her and told her we were thinking of selling our home. She took the time to come over, give us ideas on things we could improve and what we didn't need to do.
It took us almost a year to complete  what we set out to get accomplished but we did and all the while, Jennifer kept in contact with us.
When it came time to list the home she set everything up, all we had to do was sit back and let her work...and it did she!!! All the hard work paid off and she had our house on the market, offered accepted, and sold in 34 days!!!
If you are looking for a real estate company with an amazing agent...Boycott Realty and Jennifer Cotton are it!!!!

Phenomenal service, Realtors willing to assist you with every need. They actually spelled out everything with the home buying process. Boycott Realty is really a cut above the rest. When I'm looking to buy my next home. I'll be coming back to them.

Words honestly can't express our deep satisfaction with BoyCott Realty! When it came time to sell out home, I interviewed multiple realtors. The decision to allow BoyCott to sell for us was undeniably the best choice. We developed a true friendship with our agent. We trusted her advice on staging and pricing, and never felt pressured to make decisions we were uncomfortable with. Our questions were always welcomed and answered compassionately. Our agent never disregarded our feelings throughout the deeply personal process of selling our beloved home. Let me not fail to mention... the flat seller's fee saved us thousands of dollars! I strongly recommend allowing BoyCott Realty to sell your property for you! You will NOT be disappointed!

My husband I cannot say enough wonderful things about our friend and realtor Kim Brown.  She worked tirelessly, done to the details, for over a year finding us exactly what we were looking for in our 1st home.  She was there night  and day answering all of our questions, and helping us feel at ease in knowing we would be comfortable with our decision.  She was there every step of they way!  We love our new home and most importantly love Kim.  We are very thankful that she was apart of this new chapter in our lives.
