this store is one of the finest I've been to. I've had many cellphones. the manager is extremely knowledgeable with every problem I've had. and I am a retire of at&t for 32 years of service.

There was only 1 worker. It took over an hour and half even though I walked in and said exactly what I wanted. Alarms kept going off and the employee said the key to turn it off was lost. Then my first bill was completely wrong. If you call the store it redirects you to a call center and they knew nothing about anything the store had done. I was also told I'd get a 300$ credit for my old phone that didn't show up when I got billed.

Hoffiric. Went in to pay a bill for a friend. Did not attempt to access account in any way. I was denied the ability to pay money towards a cell phone account because I did not provide the account pin. Ridiculous. Keep your business in the corporate locations and stay out of authorized retail.

I never take the time to write Google reviews but this store had me floored. I went in to upgrade my phone and then see how much it would be for my partner to switch from T-Mobile to my plan. The entire process took over 3 hours (having to stay an hour after they closed) First, we walk in and the ceiling is leaking, trash cans catching the water, and ceiling titles that broke off on the ground. (Ok, stuff happens) Then, Isaac wasted the first 20 minutes trying to sell me anything he could (tablets, direct tv, upgrading to a larger plan despite telling me I don't even use half of what I have). I get commission but even after saying no thanks 400 times and he finally moved on to what I was there for. Kept having to stop to get help for my upgrade from Adam the "Store manager" which was his first day taking over the store. As it got closer to their close time, the more irritated they seemed making comments like I guess we're not getting out of here at 7 and continuing to gab about their commission amounts and what they were doing after work. I was adamant about keeping my pictures and contacts, that's all. Despite stressing that, Isaac decided to choose pictures, contacts, apps, videos, and documents making it take over an hour to transfer from one phone to my new with their crappy Wi-Fi (they were even saying it's horrible). At 7pm, Isaac decided to dip and leave Adam to "finish up here" and after waiting the hour for the transfers, we thought we were done (8pm) but my partners phone was still showing no service after the switch to att. Turns out, Isaac improperly set it up and denyed the customer agreement in his rush out leading to the phone activation not to be completed. Fixed that finally and Adam continued to put on their $96 case and screen protector (which they swore was the best, top of the line). Tired and ready to leave, we didn't notice until the next morning, he didn't clean the protector so HIS fingerprints were in the inside of my screen protector and smears. To make things better, the next day I went to work and within the first 2 hours in my pocket, the "protector" already cracked. FINALLY, went directly to the store after work where Adam was working. I told him what had happened and that I wanted a refund on the case and protector bc it literally lasted less than 14 hours and that I didn't want his fingerprints trapped inside the screen eithef. He went from friendly salesman to a defensive jerk. He first accused me of dropping it (um I treat my phone like gold) then decided to go ahead with the refund after I summarized all the troubles we had from the start. He half apologized by saying it was a bad night, his ceiling fell in, it was his first day. Neither of which were my problem. I explained I was a customer just like the 3 they had in the store at the time. He became mad, stopped talking, and was short when he did need my info. I told him I wanted to take a look at the phone before I leave to make sure the protector didn't damage it. He aggressively took it off and slide it to me saying "your phones fine". Finally, I asked for a supervisors number and he told me there is no number. Told him I knew better and he continued to stick to his claim and actually said, "I don't get it. What are you trying to get out of this?". I was in shock, grabbed my phone, and told him thanks for nothing as I walked out. Worst service I've ever had with a mobile service. What was supposed to be an exciting experience was a miserble 2 days. They're super nice when they're taking your money but when it comes to giving it back, geez their moods changed quickly. Adam needs more training and a better attitude. Don't go to this store and give these people their commission. There's plenty of other at&t stores around that won't treat you like a problem once they've taken your money.

Very helpful, friendly and very informative. Much better service than the last ATT store I visited.
