I have been in this store 1 other time. The associate was a better customer service rep for the store than the manager was! This time, 5 star for BOTH! Actually,  it took both to sell me this Bluetooth speaker! I'm not tech savvy, & couldn't find what I needed. Suggested by 1 of the managers & explained thoroughly by Adrien, the sales associate,  & I'm a happy camper. Once again, I gave a 2nd chance & it paid off. Got to use a discount I didn't even know about. Ergo, 5 STARS 😉

I purchased a Gopro Hero 6 for my wife days before Christmas. Not even one week later I found it for $100.00 less than what I paid. I called the Port Richey Store to see if they would price match the Gropro. Without hesitation Rob R. processed the refund over the phone with out me even asking. This employee took it upon himself to assist me in this matter when  he could of just pawned me off and told me to come in. Rob R. is a great representation of what a valued employee is. Thank you for the awesome experience!

I had such a wonderful experience and Adrian was so helpful when I was buying my MacBook Pro. Paul was kind enough to bring over a chair for my mom so she could sit. Adrian answered all of our questions and was very efficient in providing great customer service; BestBuy is lucky to have such wonderful employees!

Sometimes the wait for help is long but it seems as though they (best buy) generally care about their customers.

Found what i was looking for. Helpful staff.  Keep in mind, they have some Amazon products in stock.  Got Amazon Fire Stick there.
