I prefer going to this location over the others in the area, I actually drive past 2 locations to go to this one. I deal with the associate named David, he is very friendly and helpful. He will let you know of any deals they currently have and find ways to make your bill cheaper and your visit to the store an easygoing experience. I've been a customer with tmobile for several years and don't see myself leaving them anytime soon.

There are good employees there and there are  mean, rude, nasty ones there too. One could easily see that customer service is the wrong field for some of them. I had a bad experience  there. Gave them another shot months later. I live close-by. Another bad experience. This last person was extremely abusive. Let me add, this is not a corporate store. They feel it is a BOTHER helping you if you don't buy something. Reported them to management. I question their reviews. I would give them zero stars if I could. If you go there you may get a nice employee and you may get a rude, nasty one. Good luck.

I give 5 stars because all of the service people have bent over backwards whenever I've had device issues, problems or upgrades. They even gave me over $500 in credit off my bill and allowed me to keep my S7 Edge which I sold for $450 making my new S8+ Freer than Free... Love T-Mobil
