Always receive excellent service. Brandon and Rachael assisted us with a Christmas present for our daughter. We didn't know what to get her and we are excited with what they offered. Definitely will only come to their location.

The service at this location is superb. I am elderly and not savvy with electronics. Amanda, Lauren and Rachael worked with me on different days and answered all my questions with patience and knowledge. I feel much more comfortable with my new iPhone now. Thanks, girls

If you have questions or concerns about your cell phone or contract, The staff at Go Wireless are so nice and very accommodating Brandon, Rich, Rachael or Amanda are the people to see. They are very courteous and take the time with you. They want you to walk out of their store feeling your needs were met. Thank you for all your help today, and that I did.

The reps located at this very store have to be the happiest and most helpful Verizon reps I have ever dealt with. They are very knowledgeable. Extremely helpful in getting me the best deal on accessories without the feeling of being pushy just to make a sale. I recommend this store 10 out of 10 times and if you have the chance, Rich is a great help.

Went to the Verizon Wireless Store in Holiday after buying a new phone with verizon service at Best Buy. Wanted more info about my phone and verizon. Rachael who helped me was wonderful. She was fast, efficient, knew the ins and outs of the phone and verizon as well as was friendly, courteous and so understanding and so willing to help in any way. Management should be commended for hiring people like Rachael. With her knowledge and people skills, she should be considered for management. I would recommend Rachael and this store to anyone. Thank you again, Rachael.
