I can sum it up in short order:DON’T LOSE YOUR MONEY HERE!!  I paid over $250 to have the screen on my mini-iPad replaced approximately 60 days ago. I trusted them to be honest. However, I received back a screen that had been skillfully repaired as opposed to replaced with a “NEW SCREEN!”
Today, my wife went to the Sprint Store to turn the aforementioned device back to them as the lease had concluded. The issue was that their technicians were able to examine the computer intelligently and could spot that the screen was only repaired. Now, we’re forced to pay an additional $185 just for the privilege of turning it in!  So we’re approaching nearly $500 wasted on a  computer we no longer have!  I could’ve purchased a brand new iPad for the money wasted on this one. 
I tried contacting the store owner Rob Barren, and guess what, no way to reach him. I had to call back to speak with “Tracy” claiming to be the store manager. He immediately went into big league “defense mode!”  Tracy told me in short order I had “signed” a form stating I was satisfied with what I had received back from them. So that was the “GOTCHA” moment. Tracy had ignorantly decided against my claim without ever examining the repair!
So I’ll just chalk it up to me being doltish. I’m a 28 year retired law enforcement veteran. I know better than to trust anyone!

Very courteous, friendly and knew what he w as doing. I would definitely tell anyone who needs this service to go there. Just wish I knew the name of the person so he can be told what a good job he`s doing.

Anthony did a wonderful job putting on my wipers and installing my new car battery. He was very quick, polite and helped answer questions I had about the battery. I highly recommend this place.

Prompt battery replacement on my 2008 vehicle. Eric was amenable on the phone and in person and had the installation completed in just 10 minutes. Price good, no-charge installation perfect....don't waste your time, let Eric do it!!

I called Batteries Plus to inquire if they carried a special battery I wanted for my Smart car. They did not have one in stock , they checked other sources to try and get he one. No one carried them in stock so they ordered the battery for me. Upon telling me it was at the store, I placed an order online , and received a 10% discount. Went to store to and picked up battery, the salesman kindly unloaded my old battery and loaded the new one for me. Five star service all around. It was a pleasure doing business with Batteries Plus Bulbs.
