I have to say, I have never had better service than i received at this store! I had the pleasure of purchasing items three different times in the last year and couldn't have been happier. Not only did I get great service and quality, and selection, but the delivery was also fast and accomplished with a smile and graciousness. I have been very happy with my purchase, and the compliments keep coming from everyone that steps in my home. I would recommend them to family and friends, with complete confidence in their service and price value. Thank you Roberto and Liz Garcia for making this a store you can be so proud of!

When I entered the store the staff was very friendly.  They greeted me right away.  The store is clean and very easy to navigate.  Liz was extremely patient and gave us the space we needed to make our final decisions.  We went back after our first purchase and ordered more furniture from other staff members.  Our delivery guys were awesome.  They arrived on time and set up quickly with each purchase made.   This is a great place to shop for furniture.  We will be back!

This company has helped me over the years with furnishing my home with beautiful pieces. Great staff that goes above and beyond to help me. This location has completely turned around in the past 6 months with the new owners Roberto and Liz. The store always has a new look giving me more ideas to choose from when decorating my own home. I've been in the store several times and had the most professional customer service. They have a tight knit store and they make you feel like family when you come in. I would 100% recommend shopping here if you are looking for that personal touch.

My wife and I stopped in a couple months ago shopping for mattresses. The salesman Roberto, who is also one of the owners, gave us all the time and space we needed to make the right decision. We laid on every bed and discussed pros and cons. Roberto educated us on a special they were running on select mattresses and it just so happened the one we liked most came with a 43" LG LED TV. I got a call the afternoon prior to the expected delivery day and agreed on a time. The 2 delivery guys were on time and got me set up seamlessly. Great experience!

I recently purchased a mattress and adjustable foundation from this store. This team is the best in the market. My needs were met by the friendly and helpful staff. The store owners will go above and beyond to help. The delivery specialists were on time, professional, friendly and simply amazing. I cannot thank this entire staff enough for helping me with my purchase. If you haven't been to Badcock in New Port Richey, you simply must go.
