Great service. No pressure. Justin walked us through how the new phones would impact current plan. Made it very easy to purchase.  Highly recommend going to the store at trouble and little for a phone.

Went in to purchase a Bluetooth speaker for a Christmas gift,and add 2 lines and purchase 2 iPhones for my granddaughters. My sales rep,Derek Julien,was helpful,courteous,and patient with me and my lack of technical knowledge. Not only did I accomplish everything I set out to do,but I also left with the Hum device and a wealth of knowledge about ways to utilize all the benefits of my phone service that I was totally unaware of. Plus Derek helped my wife later on to transfer all her data to her new phone. Outstanding job!

My family and I have been with Verizon since it was Alltel and we have never had a representative as wonderful as Candice. She has helped us with numerous times. From the smallest concern to the largest, she has always been there for us. She is very professional and pleasant to deal with. All your representatives she learn from her.  You are very lucky to have her as a team player. Every company should have employees like Candice.

Went into store to switch from another carrier and purchase 2 new phones. Upon payment I looked at the total and it looked off. After questioning the total, the rep simply said it’s taxes and fees...and transfer charge. Apparently they charge $35 per line to setup the new phone and port contacts even if you have them saved to iCloud. Failure to disclose charges to customers is unethical and I don’t want to be treated like a fool. I called into corporate and had them waive my activation to avoid canceling. Don’t go to an authorized dealer like this, go to corporate stores instead to ensure no sneaky Pete moves.

Best experience with changing phones and updating service. Make sure to ask for Candice. She was so helpful and accommodating.
