I told the woman there that I just wanted to buy my son’s IPhone 8 Plus for Christmas and that he would bring it in after that to activate it and get a trade credit. It was going to be a surprise. When I got home his current iPhone’s service was turned off and they had turned on the new one which was still in the box! I called AT&T and they said they couldn’t turn his old phone on and that the store would have to transfer the service back. Of course my son now knew I had bought him a new phone two weeks before Christmas. This is on top of being at the store for over an hour earlier because their computer system wasn’t working right and wouldn’t accept my bank’s card and the other info the sales person was putting into it. Next time I’ll go to the Apple store!

My experience has been a nightmare from the beginning! I tried to get the account transferred into my name following the death of my husband.Two years later I had to close the first account and open a second just to change a name!Then when the first contract was up,Att never was able to stand by any contracted amount for service for more than two months.They continually billed for incorrected rates and charges for late fees that were unwarranted.The last straw came when I was told I would retain all my recorded movies if I switched to Direct TV.They lied.I made the switch only to find two days later that all recoded content vanished from sight.Lies,pass the buck,non accountability,inefficient

Corporate was messing some things up with our new phones but the employees here went above and beyond to make everything work out for us. Very helpful.

Just switched from T-Mobile to AT&T. Nothing wrong with t-mobile , had actually been with them for many years, but with bogo on the iPhone deal and our needing 4 new phones, at&t turned out to be cheaper. After resolving lots of moving parts and finally getting a phone unlocked through T-Mobile, went to this store to complete final transfer over of my father-in-law's phone. I must give a shout out to Vinny. During this process, we've been in several stores, but he was by far the most helpful person we've dealt with. Extremely pleasant, and a great ambassador for your store! We will come back here just because of him!
