I consistently have a good experience at UPS on West End. I have had a box there for several years and interact with the staff often. They are always friendly and helpful. I just worked with Robb on a big door hanger print job. He helped me edit my layout, proof read copy, followed up with me throughout the process and shared his years of experience with me. The end result was a professional, eye catching and authentic representation of me and my company. I could not have created this on my own. The piece has helped separate me from my competition! I feel I got an awesome deal for a great price. My experience working with Robb on this project was painless and exceeded my expectations. I will be doing all of my printing projects with Robb moving forward.

Please elevate this to the appropriate person! I am a Nashville small business owner. This week I had package expected on Monday, which had already been delayed due to the holiday. Monday afternoon and still no delivery. I was out running an errand and saw a UPS driver (David) loading packages in his truck at the West End UPS store. Although not assigned to my office location, David took the time from loading his truck to help me find where my package was located. Kudos to UPS and most of all David for your exceptional customer service!! I can't thank you enough for going out of your way to help a customer not on your route. Please pass this along! Employees are very friendly and great service .. I have been to many ups locations but this store is the best store ..

Whatever you pay that print guy, double it. He reformatted and redesigned some band flyers for me in minutes, not days. They didn't seem too proud of it either, the price that is. I told my boss about him and will be doing all of our future printing with them.
