Ryan who is one of the sales associates at this store is absolutely amazing. He's very thorough and to the point. He is honest and does an incredible job explaining any questions you have. Highly recommend this store.

I stopped in worked with Justin Olejnicak. He is absolutely one the best rep's to work with. He is very professional in every way.  Very polite and humble.  He makes you feel like you are at home he talks with you and makes sure what you you're needs are handled to fullest extent. He is a phenomenal person to work with and never an issue. I have worked with him in the past,  I really recommend to people and friends to work with him for all you cellular needs.  Top notch service him. Justin is now my guy I see for everything thank you for eveything!!!

I have been with AT&T for 8 years and over last 2 years the service in the Burnsville office has diminished.  Be very careful when you sign up for Direct TV, when I signed up I was told the internet and the TV service were included in the price and after the TV service was installed I asked were my internet service was ?   Oh course they blamed it on the new sales person at there office and said they were sorry after I already cancelled my service with Integra.  Then next time I went in with an insurance claim and once again it was another new sales/service person that switched around sim cards with another phone I had to get me by for the time being so I had a phone to use but when I came back a couple days later to get my claim figured out they said I could not claim the phone now the SIM cards were switched so I had to buy a new $ 800 phone.  Well that was enough for me and AT&T.  Sprint is WAY less expensive so I signed up with them and paying my new 2 year contract with the crooks at AT&T.  If they didn't buy out Direct TV they would be on the way out all together.  Do yourself a favor a save yourself alot on money and headaches and go with Sprint in APPLE VALLEY , not the one in Burnsville as they were impossible  to deal as well.
