We had many questions while choosing tile for our home remodel.  John G. was with us every step of the way to help with our decision.  He understood what we needed and how we needed to picture various projects, and took the time we needed.  Although we changed direction with our contractor and were unable to use this store, we definitely appreciated the professional manner that John G. demonstrated through the process.

Stopped in to match up tiles I already had. But needed About 75sq feet more, after being in store for 20 minutes and dropped my marble tile sample on floor and broke into pieces and still no acknowledgment that I even existed. Do you know how loud marble tile sounds when it hits the floor?  So I picked up the pieces and left.  Never will I stop in again, you will never get waited on.

Mike Wilson is the best ever! He helped me pick out tile, has a great sense for design and is amazing at what he does. If you go here ask for Wilson!

Have gone through them for two large projects for my home. I have dealt with Mike each time. This guy is phenomenal. Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was really helpful in pointing us in the right direction with ideas and his thoughts/opinions. Thanks, Mike!!

Visited the tile shop for the first time last week and had a great experience. Minutes after being there i was asked by mike if he could help me with anything. I told him I was looking to tile my own bathroom remodel. Mike immediately went into teaching me and showing me how to videos before he even started trying to sell me anything. When we got to looking at tile i told him what i had in mind and he walked around the store and of thousands of options picked out several tiles that was exactly what i was looking for. He gave a quote that was very fair on price and let me make a decision with no pressure. I ended up buying all the tile and supplies that day for my new bathroom and walked out feeling great about it!
