I have been getting my prescriptions filled there for a few years. I use the app, I try to manage them closely. Even with the effort I put into it, and it is regular and constant, the app get's them messed up. I get things set up on readyflll, then they are not. I have to set them up again. If the prescription needs renewal, the exact same med, same dose, everything the same with just a renewed prescription, I have to go through the process of setting it up again. They don't tell you, so you have to watch it closely or you won't get your meds. Seriously, what a pain! My wife goes to Walgreens, never has these issues. I'm switching. What's the point of going to the same place all the time. If your getting bad customer service, you might as well go through the hassle of switching to a new company. I've had enough with CVS, they can't seem to get it right.

Every time I've been here, everyone has been helpful and friendly. It's just like any other CVS, but the people make it great.

Awful customer service. Called with a question and the guy literally told me he didn't know and said sorry then hung up. I think his name was Justin or Josh or some j name. I would rather drive six miles to Walgreen's
