DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS LOCATION because they will racially profile innocent customers. I was here today around 6pm and stayed for an hour with friends. We got stared at the entire time. I am a manager at another store in this mall. With that being said, I know how people who work in retail can stereotype others. While walking out after purchasing something, the sensor alarm went off. The security guard took a look at the bag then he told the only black male in our group to walk pass the metal detectors again. He didn't purchase anything so why make someone go through it? If stereotyping is the only way for them to catch people stealing, they're obviously not good at securing the store. Thieves come in all shape, sizes and colors.

Horrible company and store!  Shop at your own risk - they do not stand by their products and will do anything to avoid giving a refund to a customer.  I purchased a defective garment and went to return to Atlanta Lenox store.  "Grier" refused to take it back, saying no mgr. in store, and that they don't take back merchandise that can't be resold.  Called customer service, who said that was not correct, and asked me to send an email with photos.  After sending email with photos, they advised me to go back to the store, or gave me the option of mailing the defective garment to London (UK) and I would have to pay the shipping only to possibly get reimbursed.  The shorts are only $35, shipping would cost more.  It costs more time and money and aggravation to try to get basic customer service with this horrendous company.

WORST customer service in the history of retail! all the employees are rude, instead of helping customers (politely) they're socializing and gossiping, the topshops/topmans in the U.K. would be very dissapoibted in the representation of this location. If you don't like people, get out of retail!
