I don't judge a store based on one employees inability to help me. I also don't get upset if they won't order an ink cartridge for me online. I am just happy when I'm able to get help from a smiling, knowledgable person. Simple. Efficient. Great store with lots of options.

The store is great! This is NOT a negative review about the store, but about the product. I have been very disappointed with my Mircosoft Band. I have had it for less than a year and will be on my FOURTH band. I can not get my money back because it's been over 30 days, and once my warranty expires, no more replacements. It has been unreliable, but I am stuck with it. I'll keep replacing it as needed until the warranty runs out, then will find something more reliable. Really wish I hadn't spent all my Christmas money from last year on it.

A very clean store, and there is a lot of laptops/tablets that you can use (so you don't have to wait until someone else stops using it). The staff is really nice. Peter even wrote in a paper how the prices during the labor weekend discount were charged to the final bill, so it was more easy to understand.

Not a welcoming place. I felt like this guy staff didn't want to help me. Left this place in 2 minutes, because he was sighing, seems uninterested in the product, and the tone he used, to talk to me is very disrespectful and rude. I felt like a puppet taking orders, "sign in now" loudly, "name and last name" again short use of sentence. He should learn some etiquette and have some customer service experiences. Manners and morality. I felt like because of people like him, give Lenox mall a bad reputation.

I have been to Microsoft Store of Lenox thrice only to be ignored. I stood for 30 minutes each time before I left. I am trying once more today to get assistance, and I will update accordingly.
