The customer service I receive at this branch is excellent. I'll travel 50 miles and pass two stores just to get the service I will receive here.

Takes forever anytime I go in this place so let's all stop pretending. They are extremely high priced. And I bought an iphone from them then it took them almost a week of me going to At&T about 10 times before they could figure out how to set up the iPhone I purchased from them. Thats quality for ya.

I went in yesterday and switch carriers and Wes helped me. He made the switch very easy and was very helpful. I would recommend to anyone!

Personally if you're going to buy a phone I would not go to the store and I can't believe I actually I'm saying this about if corporate store. But I will never go to a corporate store again after the service I received from the store. Not only did customer service tell me that I did not have to put a deposit on a phone like they told me I did. But the blow-off treatment I received when I returned one of the phones was enough to make me return the second phone only to walk across the street to Best Buy and purchase two phones through them. It's unfortunate there sales or driven by a quota because because their willingness to be pushy and a little in accurate about the information they give to try to sell has really turned me off from everyone back to a corporate store.

It's better to get things resolved from their customer care over phone. It's mere waste of time going to the store to resolve your issues. Executives at the store talk with you decently, but lack competency to resolve your issues.
