Stopped by Dec 22 2016 about 7 and purchased several items. Long story short, the cashier used her own personal rewards card and emailed herself a receipt of my transaction. I spoke with Ryan who identified him as Asst Store Manager and he didn't really seem concerned. Finally, he told me he would follow back up with me but hasn't since this was posted on January 2nd. Very poor experience and I'm concerned for the security of my account!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced or witnessed with both the atore manager Bobbi and the merchanduse mgr Joe...was treated rudely, my boyfriend was verbally assaulted when he voice his displeasure at not recieving what we had already PAID FOR IN FULL AND WAS TOLD WAS IN STOCK..WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN WRITING A LETTER TO THE CEO...WOYLD GIVE NO STARS AT ALL STAY AWAY FROM HERE ..DISTESPECTFUL TO CUSTOMERS AND VETERANS.

I bought a washer in december. It stopped working by january.  3 service calls and  6 weeks later i still have a broken washer. 
I called the day of my 3rd appointment to find out it was canceled because the parts "werent delievered"  but i have parts at my house. 
They said the parts were just ordered 3 days earlier, but i was never notified of this or that my appointment was canceled and as i said I HAVE PARTS AT MY HOUSE. 
The best part is the BRAN NEW washer they sold me has motor that has a "hole in it" which is why it stopped working. 
How does that happen with a bran new washer?  
I asked for a replacement washer i was told no.  I was offered a 50$ check for the inconvenance and laundry matt, this  is nice but Ive already spent 200. Over the last 6 weeks.
I'm sure Sears doesnt care and nothing will come of this review or my complaints.  but this is why sears is in so much finiacial problems. I wont be buying here again.

Store shows the financial difficulties the parent company is going through.  Lots of empty space; Only a few open registers at night.  Employees are friendly and helpful when I've asked for assistance.

If I could give zero stars I would. We purchased a convertible freezer/refrigerator from Sears at Lindale Mall. Short version, minutes before delivery we received a phone call stating that their truck had broken down and the item would not be delivered today. Upon escalating the issue, the story changed with each person talked to with the final conversation being that the item was not even available in Cedar Rapids and it would be days away before they could make delivery. 
Taken in and of it's own that would be one thing, however: I purchased an upright freezer from them two months prior to this and had the exact same thing happen. Phone call minutes before scheduled delivery, truck broke down, story changing with each person talked to, product ends up not even being in town and delivery was made days later. They do NOT live up to their delivery promise. Upon escalation to management the issue was treated rudely by the store manager. We will never return to a Sears store ever again for anything and would strongly urge others not to support a business that does not value customers any more than this.
