Today I was disrespected, discriminated against, and treated horribly by David, a manager. I was falsely accused of theft, was followed out to my car and had my license plate recorded by an associate (Carol), and endured 45 mins of embarrassment -  until he found the order # in the system and realized I DID NOT steal the item. I will not shop at BB&B ever again after this experience.

Suzan in the kitchen department extremely helpful. Ordered the item on line for me that the did not have at the store. No shipping cost. Perfect

Salesperson was very helpful.  She went out of her way to find what I was looking for. She was going to help me go online to order the article where she discovered that there was one in the store. She went and got it for me. I couldn't asked for better service and she did it all with a smile.

There's not enough help there I walked around looking for someone to help me find what I was looking for and ended up going to the check out line and she directed me to the corner where someone was supposed to be there to help me and I still had to look for help. Bad experience. SORRY

A little overwhelmed when trying to find something specific off of a registry. I did like that they have a free gift wrap section. It's self serve but has nice decorative boxes and tissue paper.
