I had a very complicated customer service problem and staff was very patient with helping me. Many of the other reviews about this Verizon store are true, IT IS BUSY here. You need to be patient and wait your turn. Staff is very friendly and will help you when they can. They appear to do their best to keep people moving through the store as fast as possible. Staff may be helping people AFTER you because it is quicker and more efficient. Be patient when you visit and give staff a chance. They were really helpful.

Very unhappy with my experience. Throughout most of the time I was there I felt uncomfortable because there were five male associates standing around the front desk listening in on the conversation. I wish there had been a place I could have sat and talked to someone 1-on-1 so they could have explained better to me. They ended up convincing me to pay my s7 off because they said that was the only way to trade it in. So I paid $132. Then right after that they told me to preorder our s9s I would have to pay $190 in taxes and upgrade fees plus an additional $40 to our bill each month. I was appalled. They tried to convince me that 900 dollars for a phone is not expensive. I beg to differ. They also told me that if I got the phone they would not do a data transfer for me. I guess I just feel like they didn't care about me as a customer.

The guy who helped us was great! I can't remember his name, but he helped our daughter pick a great phone for her first phone, and was quick and careful with the whole process. Honestly, the best experience we've had there yet. She was so happy she hugged him. :D Thanks!

Waited 1 1/2 hours and still was unable to talk to a representative. That is unacceptable. I have been charged with 3 overages and need to know why so we can make sure it doesn't happen again but how long must one wait. They need more help.

Horrible !!!!! The mgr Daniel as suppose to transfer contacts from old phone to new phone. HE DID NOT TRANSFER ALMOST 100 CONTACTS AND INSTRUCTED ME TO TAKE THE OLD PHONE TO FED EXPRESS I BELIEVE IT WAS BUT DID NOT NOW THAT THE MGR DID NOT TRANSFER MY CONTACTS INTO THE NEW PHONE. HE DID THE VERY SAME THING TO A GENTLE MAN WHO GOT A NEW PHONE AND HIS CONTACTS WERE NOT TRANSFERED..NOT EVEN HIS DAUGHTERS NEW NUMBER BUT INSTEAD HUMILIATED THE MAN FOR NOT MEORIZING THE DAUGHTERS PHONE NUMBER!!! THE MGR.REFUSED TO HELP ME ...ANOTHER MGR STOOD AND HEARD THE WHOLE THING. I CALLED FT WORTH VERIZON BLDG BUT HAD TO GO TO VERIZON WEST SIDE. MY MEDICAL PRIVATE DR'S NUMBERS ARE GONE PLUS MY BROTHERS AND BUSINESS CONTACTS. VERIZON USED TO BE GOOD BUT IS NOW HORRIBLE!!!
