It took 50 minutes to get photos printed from a dedicated copy technician. No one was in line ahead of us, it was evidently just that hard to click through the print dialog settings on a computer. The woman in line behind us had regular black and white copies that she needed that “would have to be put off until Monday” because 20 minutes was not enough time for the copy tech to figure out the primary function of the copy machine. If you would like to spend as much time as humanly possible paying for copies, look no further!

They need more employees. Each time I visit this location it takes a long time to check out as they only have one person in the front and no one is around to help with questions

Ordered a desk from them about two weeks ago. Still hasn’t come yet. Went in to talk to management and their response was they had no clue where the desk was and just gave me a couple of numbers to call.

Don't pay cash for an online order and cancel because refund policy as stated by customer service on the phone takes 3-5 weeks for them to send you a check.

Went to pick up my order and the guy behind the counter looked at me and then didnt even say a word. went back to his work even though I am obviously standing there waiting to be helped.
