Only good for ordering what your looking for. Service is the worst of all the GC's I've been to including Seattle and Los Angeles. I do believe the employees are in local bands and think they are something. Sad, they should be caring about selling the stuff instead of thinking they are some kind of guitar God. The available equipment on the walls is sub par as well.

Stopped to buy a gift for my son (a cowbell). Got some excellent service and suggestions and found one that should be perfect.  We discussed amps for me and again got some good advice.  I've never had bad service there and enjoy visiting with the employees.

I love how the staff is so willing to help, answer questions, and demonstrate for the customers. Super friendly. We come here for all our musical/ instrument needs.

I went to help my friend pick out a new guitar. He wanted a higher end model, but the selection was very small compared to other guitar centers I've been to. Staff was actually better than a lot of music store I've gone to.
