star if I can choose. Worst service ever!  The representative was not trying to help but was trying to arguing with you about what you said. It made me I was attending a "Debate Competition".  They really need to be trained before starting the job.

Work for a different  retailer but needed a charger on the go for my new phone. Stopped into this location  because Starbucks is also in the same strip, LOL. Wish I knew the guys name (bad memory and said no receipt) he was tall and totally made me have an experience I as a sales rep love to give my own clients. In and out for a simple transactions. Thank you! 12-6-17 around 750pm.

I've been coming to this location for 3 years now and I've never had a problem. All the reps are very nice and curtious. Sometimes there is a wait but that is to be expected with any cell store and depending on the time you go.

They only tend to those who are ready to spend money. If you have a situation that requires anything otherwise they simplke brush you off and tell you to call customer service. The manage none the less dumped me off. To worried about the next joe or Jane with money to throw at them.

I have been waiting for over thirty minutes with one person waiting for nearing 45 min. I have been listening to the sales person chat away with a customer. Don't come to this location after 5pm or ever.
