Provisioned new sim card successfully. Had question regarding porting of number with regards to old phone number showing up as source on new sim card, showed no concern or care when asked questions and said it should work out in a few days. It did eventually work out, but felt like they were just deferring with a lack of empathy

I would not even give them one star!    Absolutely horrible service.    Never delt with so much complications and misleading.   Would never recommend at&t to anyone!!!
