Great place to shop. I was on my way to Boston to visit my cousins and decided to pass a night at La Quinta Inn so I can do a little bit of shopping because of its nearness to several malls. I took a walk to the Aurbun Mall and popped into this branch of Sears. I was blown away when i saw they also sell Levi's jean.The customer service super and I'll most definitely visit again. There's also Wheelchair Accessible entrance and car park for the differently enabled.

Very helpful staff. But note: the Sunday hours Google lists is wrong. They close at 6pm. Please see Sears website for correct times.

Customer service is just awful. You will be lucky if they return a phone call or ever answer a phone. Combine that with terrible online customer service and it just isn't worth shopping with them.

Ordered appliances on a holiday special. I asked to have everything delivered and they showed up.without the dishwasher and microwave. I went to the store and they had misplaced my dishwasher. First they tried giving me a replacment worth half the value. To thier credit 4 hours later I walked out with a Bosh but only after bitching and moaning. Then after 3 months my brand new Kenmore refrigerator stopped working October 10th. I called customer service which was ofcourse half a world away in India and could care less about my problem and they scheduled the closest available appointment which was 3 weeks away. The repairman came and had to order the missing part. Then we scheduled another appointment which was literally a month away so I haven't had a fridge in 2 months and there's nothing sears can seem to do to resolve it. What a joke. Will never do business at sears again. Called the BBB and AG on this matter. Take your business elsewhere... anywhere but Sears. I just happened to do my business in Auburn they were pretty helpful but I would point the finger at Sears Corp. in general.
