I have been an ATT customer since the start of cell phones and was with ATT for land line service also.  However, with today's society it seems that it is OK to ignore customers and to let them leave upset.  I have been to the Fredericksburg store in Central Park twice in two weeks and each time left without getting my questions answered.  I didn't even get waited on. Think it is time for a change.

Staff is always helpful.  Not as busy as Central Park store.
