Went to trade in somethings, they didn't even check to see if it worked, which it does, it's in decent condition, one scratch on a controller seems to be to much for something used so unless it's perfect don't bother with GameStop. They are more than happy to rip you off too, the manager at this store is unlike any I've ever dealt with, she's a crook.

The staff is great and knowledgeable, and if they don't know (which is kinda rare), they go out of their way to find out for you. I've never been disappointed with this business.

Every time I've gone in I've been satisfied. Staff is knowledgeable and likes to make sure you're getting exactly what you need.

The guy that was working was really helpful and nice. I came in knowing what I wanted, but there were other people in there buying gifts, and the guy on staff seemed to be very knowledgeable, and helped them to make their selections.  My experience here was great, but I'm only giving 4 stars because the store was understaffed. There was just one person on staff and it was the week after Black Friday. The guy was handling it well, but I felt bad for him, because I'm sure some people are not as patient as I am, and having to deal with someone that's upset because they had to wait 5 minutes at a counter to check out is no fun.
