I dislike this store more and more. Each time I go in with a question, they are rude and bothered by any questions for existing accounts. I'm likely changing services because I can't get a straight answer and this is the only local store. It used to be a great place with nice, friendly people. Now it's horrible.

I've been with Sprint since 2001. Why? If it ain't broke - don't fix it. That's why.

Service was ok but not amazing.  Even though they are a pokemon partner the staff is shockingly unfamiliar with the special events and offers that are supposed to be offered.

I don't know if it's just that some of these guys are new or what, but I have worked with a few of them over the last year or so and been very satisfied.  Most recently, I had an offer from Sprint that for some reason was gone, he took the time to call customer service and get them to reinstate the offer so we could get some new phones.

They need more staff and they need to train them better. It's been a huge headache trying to work with this store. Be smart and try a different store or just do it yourself online.
