They just ignored me and took 3 people in front of me. They had two people helping one person.  Just acted like I wasn't there.

The people that work at the At&t store at Lenox were incredibly rude and couldn't have made my experience at at&t any worse. After spending an entire afternoon at the at&t store across the street I went to the one at Lenox cause it was going to save me time. All i needed to do was get a sim card for my blackberry. My mom had added my name to the account the night before so i could access my account. First off the guy who helped me was very rude. I gave him my name "Jake" so I could access my acct. The guy immediately said "I cannot help you there is no Jake listed on the acct" I tried to explain to him that Jake is short for Jacob and that i had been added last night and all i need is a sim card I'm in a big hurry. Also the fact that I am on a family plan with 5 people including myself and all the people on the acct have the same last name as me. this guy said "sir I am not going to argue with you there is nothing i can do please leave the store." I then asked for the manger and the manger was equally as unhelpful. I mean these idiots wasted an hr of my day and when i left I went to the at&t store across the street and they had no problem understanding that Jake is short for Jacob.
