I have some issue with phone software i think and instagram. I came last week, jayden tells me to come back since phones were put away. I came back since he said i could log in on a store phone to check my issue. I came in "yeaaa so our phones are real limited you can't check issue here." So i was lied to. I dont want to shell out $ for a new phone if it has the same issue. Terrible customer service. Girl working said she wishes she was more techy

The manager Justin is professional, helpful and very knowledgable. We have known him for years and have worked with him almost exclusively. We are very happy he is located at this store.

Justin the manager is one of the best I have encountered. I will only go to this store because of bad experiences at others. He went above and beyond to help me today. I will stay with AT & T because of him.

Extremely poor customer service! We cancelled one of our iPhone's within the first 180 days by calling AT&T customer service. We paid the early termination fee (hundreds of dollars, I can't remember exactly how much), and now 5 months after canceling I get a call from a collections agency telling me I owe several hundred more because I didn't turn the phone back into the store I bought it from. If AT&T told me I needed to do that when I cancelled I would have but they didn't say anything about that so I sold the phone. I didn't realize I was buying a phone from one company and getting my cell service from another, which is exactly what you're doing at Smart Wireless. How am I supposed to know that the hundreds of dollars I paid to AT&T for terminating the agreement early (which by the way I thought was you Smart Wireless, because all your signage says AT&T), wasn't the end of it. So after I get the call from the collections firm they sent me to I go down to the store to try to make sense of all this. The guy at the counter calls his boss, presumably the manager, who instructs him to tell me that "if it's gone to collections, it's out of our hands". Really? Really?? That's about as poor of a customer (I'm still a customer with one line) experience as you can have. I'm very disappointed and do not endorse doing business with Smart Wireless (AT&T Salmon Creek). I also feel swindled, I thought I was dealing with AT&T directly. If you're not AT&T, you shouldn't have the huge AT&T sign! The bottom line is this is an extremely messed up process. In order to cancel your phone service you need to deal with two completely different companies who apparently don't communicate. Why would you waste your time, go to AT&T directly or use their website...
