Cracked iPhone screen? Do NOT bring it here. Brought in mom's 3 month old iphone 7 for a screen replacement. After screen replacement, home button was not working and phone would freeze to the point where had to hard restart the phone every hour. Good luck using your phone with no home button. So $108 later stuck with phone that freezes all the time and home button not working!!! Obviously asked for a refund which $20 is non-refundable..... Lesson learned, take to apple store and pay $150 instead of $108 and have it done professionally + not pay for new home button replacement.

After 2 years of consistently good experiences, I can declare that these are the good guys! More than fair, they take great care of customers. Great prices on a decent selection of used phones - no more 2-year contracts for "free" phones for me (Verizon will give you a monthly rebate for bringing your own phone for a very quick ROI). They stand behind their products and will make it right if something goes wrong. They are also skilled at repairs and more. Great people with refreshing attitudes of service.

This is the best shop in The Couv for used/refurb phones and accessories! Straight up, no haggle pricing on used phones. I got a 6s in mint condition for VZW for grand daughter for $440. Other places in town were up to $550 for comparable phones. Owner Kevin is great to deal with Would give 10 stars of I could. Bob Travis

The guys here are awesome. Always helpful and they always know a lot about their products. Big selection of cases, really good pricing too. Don't waste your money buying a case at your carrier's store. They carry lots of other accessories and used phones as well. I always come here when I need accessories and recommend them to all of my friends.

Bought a used galaxy s5 about two years ago that was only a few months old. Bought it for a great price at the time and it's still running great. I couldn't have been happier with the purchase. Thanks guys
