I got a company phone but someone at this location doesn't set the data up right. Honest mistake, so I go back to get it working. They say they can't "get into the account" without the account pin, which is somewhat reasonable. I get it, come back when I have time again, and I'm told they can't "get into the account" without talking to one of the points of contact, who don't answer their phones because the only time I can go in is after business hours. They couldn't just hit the "verified" button to diagnose their own mistake? To activate data on a phone it's been paid for on? (Sorry that's a lot of prepositions lol.)

The whole team at Verizon Wireless worked diligently to solve my Galaxy S6 problems. I chose instead to replace it with the new S8 Edge. Everyone was helpful, and very understanding. Good experience all around. Special thanks to Tyler, he was patient throughout.

I have purchased several phones from Celluar Plus. Every time I've been in there, whether it's for a new phone or having some other technical issue (user errors), they've been more than happy to help me. Very patient and accommodating!

Great experience - Sam helped me - but everyone seems to know Verizon Products. Sam specifically helped me find the right solution for my situation. Nice store - good group of people.
