Make sure you will never want/need to return an item. Unreasonable NO RETURN policy. Bought a vape, worked at the store but not when I got home. Returned it the next morning right after the store opened. Showed the sales girl it wasn't working. She said they'd fix it, told her no, the product has already proven to be undependable just return it. No call from a manager or owner to discuss. I'm out $40, anyone reading this do not shop here. Nice sales people they were all very apologetic about the crappy policy even if a product is defective. absolute worst!

Always had great customer service and they watch everybody very closely. They make sure you know they saw you come in and ask if they can help you find something before you have to ask! The window is always full of cool stuff that draws you closer. The glass itself is always clean, the merchandise is clearly marked so no question they are a thriving store and I choose to go there overall others because of their location and the hours they keep. If you're into the vapor smoke, they've got a plethora of flavors to choose from. House of smoke in salmon creek gets 5 stars and an A+ from me!🦄🦋🌻

Staff is helpful, store is clean, the pricing is fair and affordable. I wish there was more space for glass and bowls because there wasn't a correct size bowl piece for the pipe I purchased, but they have a ton of smoking and lifestyle accessories.

They sell broken stuff and wont return or exchange it. But the employeea are amazing and helpful, just sketchy owners. Purchase with caution.
