These people are rediculous to start off they had a canopy unattended and not tied down outside one windy day and it flew into my vehicle doing 3900$ of there quoted damages and now are playing games to get me paid,they won't give me the owners # or names and it's been nearly 2 weeks since this happened! I have been treated as if I damaged there vehicle but it's the other way around. These people have not insured me I will be taken care of or treated me in any way fair or with communication what so ever from the owner who is supposed to pay to fix it

Me and my daughter showed up about 20 minutes before they closed. The staff there was amazing (especially Vanessa!); they never rushed us and were so kind and helpful. We are so glad this one opened up nearer to us and I actually look forward to going back! Thanks!

Although I love my tmobile service. I think the people that work int he stores are ridiculous. They have no idea how anything works or don't know the big picture. I guess they are the bottom tier of worker in the company. I called first to see if I could get a SIM card that I could later activate. Like a SIM starter kit. Someone said yes so i drove a few miles to this location. Got there and then found out know it has to be added to the account I'm on. I informed them that I am part of a business account from my work and I want to get the SIM for my wife's birthday present. Wouldn't do it. Just bought the starter kit off amazon for $5 and guess what it was inactivated and my wife is using it now.
