Worst service ever. Unfortunately my building got in long term contract with ATT and i pay $95 a month for 5mbps speed. Never get anything with ATT

Wished I could give negative stars

Bad service, bad advice, the perfect example of a boiler room operation.  

Go there and be prepared to be cheated.

Each staff member is rude, talks over you, double charged me for a bill, denied their fault, and then refused to give me my money back. When I spoke to a manager, the other employee was speaking over him with rude comments. Jasmine, Ellio, and Jairo were completely unhelpful.

If I could give 0 stars I would.  Jairo set me up with the wrong package, it took 3 days to fix cause I couldn't access my account.  He also said internet installation was the same day and he never placed the order.  Christian did a follow up call and said he would look into everything (false claims of free HBO, Cinemax and Starz for 3 months) and never called back.  Horrible service.  Pick another store.
