Bought a new mattress here a month ago and have been sleeping great ever since. I walked in, tight on time and not looking to spend a fortune, and within 30 minutes - thanks to Mark - I was out the door and my purchase was complete. It was so easy. The mattress was delivered (shipping costs were waived) within 24 hours - the delivery team was friendly and quick and did not get a single mark anywhere in the apartment . Great customer service, great product recommendation and expertise with the direction I provided to Mark and all around top notch service. I would recommend this location to anyone because of the way Mark treated me. Thanks again!

Shaun was super friendly and helpful. I went to numerous mattress stores and he stood out from the competition in that he was very knowledgeable and didn't waste my time on mattresses outside of my price range like other locations. I arrived right at store closing and he opened the doors. I believe I received a good price below listed value. He threw in free shipping and I was able to book it at a time that was convenient for me which is a major plus. Shaun provided excellent service and if I ever purchase a bed again, i would definitely come back.

Worked with Mark to find a good mattress. He was very patient in explaining how mattresses are built and how to find the right one. Was not too pushy, embraced the idea of shopping around, didn't hover while testing out different mattresses. A relief from the aggressive selling you get at many stores. Great experience and great price. Also free parking!

I had a really good experience at this store. First of all, there is a parking lot, which is a huge bonus for Lincoln Park. The salesman, Mark, was not pushy or annoying. He didn't harass me as soon as I walked into the door. That is a personal pet peeve of mine! He greeted my husband and I and then allowed us to browse for a few minutes. This was refreshing as we went to 2 other stores before this one and this was not the case. We were bombarded as soon as we entered the other stores with 10 million questions. Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin tunes were also a huge bonus! We ended up purchasing a tempurpedic and we both love the bed. Overall this was a really good experience and I would definitely recommend this store.

I went in knowing I needed a new bed but not knowing much about what was ideal for me or differences between mattress types. The salesman I worked with was Mark and he was very patient and informative when showing me different types of mattresses and explaining advantages / disadvantages of each. After explaining exactly what I was looking for in a new bed we decided on a tempurpedic. Seeing as this was the first store I walked into I told Mark I would like to look elsewhere before making my decision, he gave me a price point on the mattress before leaving and assured me I would be back. Sure enough the next day I was back in the store buying my new bed from Mark at a deal that was better than any other I've seen. I would recommend this store to anyone in the market for a new bed!
