I would like to make a comment to the person under this comment Bryan Jennings. I work at this store, I witnessed the interaction you had with the rep. You were extremely rude from the minute you walked through the door. You were upset that you weren’t catered to immediately because multiple people were in front of you waiting patiently. When the rep finally got to you, you hardly let him explain the options you had, he would start to tell you the insurance process and you’d cut him off. The insurance process takes 24-48 hours depending on when you submit it in the day. On average it’s 24 hours, the company is third party so we have zero control on how long this process is. With him trying to only sell you a phone? It makes zero difference if you buy a phone from us or not. We get paid salary so whether you buy a phone or not, we aren’t losing any sleep over it. Almost everyone in our store with the exception of one person has worked here 6 years or longer so training isn’t the issue. If you come and are rude and disrespectful when I did nothing to you then you probably deserved to get treated he way you did.

This store is or has to be one of the most under trained, understaffed and least helpful stores there is. while on a business trip I had and issue with my phone and I went to this store and first the guy I talked to did not introduce himself to me then did, Then when I asked to explain to me the difference on an insurance claim he handed me a brochure. Come on you sell the product know it! Second when asked how long it would take to get a phone from an insurance claim i was told 24 hours. which is not the case. When I asked what i could do since i did not have a phone to use he only offered to sell me a new one. I have been to a lot of AT&T stores but I would tell anyone don't go here,  going anywhere but this place!!!!

I have been in this store 3 different times and always found them to be helpful and quick.  I think they do a terrific job.  I bought my I-phone through them 2 years ago.

This is the best AT&T facility I've ever visited. I have been to many over the years. Management and staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable

Quick and pleasant service.  Did not resolve my problem as it was/is a net work problem on the app that was/is a problem.  Very respectful
