Smaller OD, but great store. I do art and go in to get prints made. Some stores have problems understanding what I want, but not this one! I think her name was Pat, she did it the fastest and easiest I've ever had printouts made, and precisely right! Thanks!

I like the convenience of this location for our business needs, but the customer service is pretty bad.   The print department is pretty unorganized.  Every time I have needed something printed, it usually takes them a little over a week to get it done.  There have been several occasions where they have lost my order or don't print the items until I call asking for the status.  Now mind you the items I get printed are usually simple things like dividers or cover sheets. My last printing experience took 10 days to get done, and it wasn't until I called, again to ask when it would be available for pick up, the response was it would be done by noon.  Again I only use this store because of the location, but I'm seriously thinking of driving a little further for better customer service and organization.

I love the staff here! They are a lot of fun and have always taken care of me. This Office Depot is missing one star only due to it having a low-quality photo printer. It's just not the way it used to be. I miss the old school roll film quality.

Nice store. Difficult to get someone to help lifting heavy items.  A comment, "Wait here until someone can help you... I will try after I ring up the customers behind you but I probably won't be able to lift the case of paper either."  Really?  I just spent $55.00, on a case of paper, I cannot physically lift due to severe neck injury, and I can wait around until maybe someone can help me???

Dropped off a package Friday afternoon to be overnighted via UPS.  Was told UPS picks up on Saturdays.  Checked the tracking info Monday morning - nothing.  Called the store - my package is still sitting there.  Apparently they DON'T pick up on Saturdays.  I paid $100 to overnight something that now will take 3 days to get there.  Maybe they need to train their employees a little better and make sure they are giving out the correct information!!!!  VERY DISSATISFIED WITH MY EXPERIENCE!!!!!
