I was en route to Miami for a big move and my phone crashed with a fatal error. Not knowing where I was going, I managed my way here,  uhaul in tow. I was simply looking to get a number off my SIM card so I could get directions. The staff did everything they could to get me on my way. Keith, the manager, was even able to get my phone working! Total life savers!

went to this new location and it was the most pleasant experience returning an iphone, i was in and out within 10 minutes. super polite and great conversations. they really know what they are doing and give great advice 10/10 would recommend this new location. the others are too popular and over crowded.

I Recently visited this brand new location! Definitely was a nice surprise. Conveniently located in a newer plaza with adequate parking and a few restaurants nearby. I have been a T-Mobile customer for 3 years and visited a half a dozen stores.  The customer service and expertise that I received at this store was hands down the very best.  Wendell and Zach are top notch.  They reviewed my current plan, made some very useful suggestions that actually gave me more features and data and saved me money, I upgraded my phone to a beautiful iPhone 7  and got some pretty cool accessories!  Do yourself a favor and stop by THIS store.
